How about being an ancient Roman yourself and strolling through the streets of Carnuntum? Young festival goers who are Roman wannabes can fulfill this dream during the Roman Festival. The children’s parade starts at the arena, where children can slip on some ancient Roman garments if they like and parade through the streets of Carnuntum. Besides being great fun, the parade is a chance for young explorers to familiarize themselves with the entire festival grounds.
