Akadálymentes Carnuntum

Polgárváros (korlátozott mértékben)

A parkolóból a kerekesszékkel közlekedők akadálymentesen juthatnak el a pénztárhoz, és aszfaltozott vagy kavicsos (burkolt felületű) utakon keresztül a parkban található központi információs szigethez. Innen kilátás nyílik a polgárvárosra, és egy film segítségével megismerkedhetnek a rekonstruált házak belsejével. A rekonstruált római kori házakban néhány magasabb lépcsőfok és egyenetlen felület található. A római kori út körülveszi ezeket a házakat, és kerekesszékkel és babakocsival csak részben járható. Egy alternatíva a rétet átsétálniMobil rámpák (hossza 200 cm, belső szélessége 75 cm, teherbírása 250 kg, súlya 6,8 kg) segítségével a római termálfürdő és a villa urbana könnyen megismerhető. Ezeket a mobil rámpákat és kerekesszékeket a jegypénztárban és a területen önállóan használhatja. Kérjük, hogy látogatása előtt néhány nappal telefonon értesítsen minket, és tájékozódjon a helyszíni körülményekről. Ha 250 kg-nál nehezebb elektromos kerekesszékkel rendelkezik, kérjük, szintén vegye fel velünk a kapcsolatot telefonon, mivel még vannak alternatív rámpáink. Kérjük a lefoglalt idegenvezetéssel rendelkező csoportokat, hogy foglalásukkor tájékoztassanak minket igényeikről. A főbejáratnál található egy mozgássérült WC.

Amfiteátrum a táborvárosban 
A parkolóból a pénztárba és a kiállítóterembe kerekesszékkel is be lehet jutni. Az arénába való bejutáshoz előnyös egy asszisztens. A jegypénztárhoz és a kiállítóteremhez vezető út kavicsos, az aréna a réten keresztül közelíthető meg. A látogatók galériáján kerekesszékesek számára is rendelkezésre állnak helyek. Az amfiteátrum nem rendelkezik mozgássérült WC-vel..

Museum Carnuntinum
A Museum Carnuntinum egészében megismerhető kerekesszékkel. A felső emeletre lépcsőlift segítségével lehet feljutni. Szükség esetén kerekesszék is rendelkezésre áll.

Minden pénztár mobil indukciós hurokkal van felszerelve. A polgárvárosban a hangállomások indukciós hurokkal vannak felszerelve, és előzetes egyeztetés alapján mobil indukciós eszközök is rendelkezésre állnak a vezetett túrákhoz.
Az Amfiteátrum a táborvárosban kiállítóterme szintén indukciós hurokkal van felszerelve.

Polgárváros
A parkolóhelyről a régészeti területre egy talajirányító rendszer vezet. Van egy tapintható tájékozódási rendszer. Az információs táblákon található információ Braille-írással is elérhető. Ezen kívül a pénztárban rövid, Braille-írással és nagybetűvel nyomtatott útmutató is kapható.

Archäologischer Kulturpark Niederösterreich Betriebsgesellschaft m.b.H. endeavors to ensure that its website at www.carnuntum.at and its online store at https://shop.carnuntum.at/ webshop/ in accordance with the Web Accessibility Act (WZG) and the Lower Austrian Web Accessibility Ordinance implementing EU Directive 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 26, 2016, on the accessibility of the websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies.

Status of compliance with requirements

Due to the following incompatibilities and exceptions, the website is partially compliant with conformity level AA of the “Web Content Accessibility Guidelines – WCAG 2.1” and the applicable harmonized European standard EN 301 549 V3.2.1 (2021-03). The incompatibilities and exceptions are listed below.

Incompatibility with accessibility regulations

• For some images and graphics, the alternative text is not meaningful or is missing entirely (WCAG 1.1.1 Non-text Content).
• Some content in sliders is cut off at the sides when scaled up to 200% in the browser. In some cases, text content is also superimposed (WCAG 1.4.10 Overflow).
• Moving images should be pausable, but there is no pause button or similar (WCAG 2.2.1 Adjustable timing and 2.2.2 Pause, stop, hide).
• In some cases, the keyboard focus on logos and buttons is not clearly recognizable. In a few cases, the focus is not visible or elements cannot be controlled with the keyboard, e.g., checkboxes in forms (WCAG 2.1.1 Keyboard and WCAG 2.4.7 Focus Visible).
• The website is compatible with current assistive technologies such as screen readers. When opening and closing the menu, no status message is announced by screen readers (WCAG 4.1.3 Status Messages).
• PDF documents: Individual downloadable PDF files do not fully comply with accessibility requirements.
   

We are working on solving these problems:

• Alternative texts are being continuously added and optimized.
• We are continuously working on focus issues to further minimize them.
• Moving images will be equipped with a pause button by the end of 2025.

The content does not fall within the scope of the applicable legal provisions.

Website review

The website's compliance with the Web Accessibility Act implementing the requirements of EU Directive 2016/2102 was assessed in August 2025 in the form of an external test according to WCAG 2.1 at conformity level AA in July 2025. The homepage, contact options, five other representative subpages of the NÖKU website, and the homepages of the respective NÖKU companies were reviewed. Individual page content is regularly checked by the web editorial team when new content is published.
