Roma Şehir Alanı (sınırlı erişilebilirlik)

Otoparktan bilet gişesine tekerlekli sandalyeyle engelsiz bir şekilde ulaşabilir ve asfalt ya da çakıllı yollardan arazideki merkezi bilgi adasına yürüyebilirsiniz. Buradan Roma şehir alanının manzarasını görebilir ve yeniden inşa edilen evlerin içini önceden hazırlanmış bir film aracılığıyla deneyimleyebilirsiniz. Aslına sadık kalınarak yeniden inşa edilen Roma evlerinde bazı yüksek basamaklar ve düz olmayan yüzeyler bulunmaktadır. Roma yolu bu evleri çevrelemektedir ve tekerlekli sandalyeler ve pusetler için sadece kısmen erişilebilirdir. Bir alternatif de çayır boyunca yürümektir. Mobil rampalar (uzunluk 200 cm, iç genişlik 75 cm, taşıma kapasitesi 250 kg, ağırlık 6,8 kg) sayesinde, Roma hamamı ve şehir villası iyi bir şekilde deneyimlenebilmektedir. Bu mobil rampalar ve tekerlekli sandalyeler, bilet gişesinde ve dışardaki alanlarda kullanımınıza sunulmuştur. Ziyaretinizden birkaç gün önce bize telefonla bilgi vermenizi ve sahadaki koşullar hakkında bilgi edinmenizi rica ederiz. Eğer 250 kg'dan daha ağır bir elektrikli tekerlekli sandalyeniz varsa, alternatif rampalarımız mevcut olduğundan lütfen bizimle telefonla irtibata geçiniz. Rehberli tur rezervasyonu yaptıran gruplardan, rezervasyon sırasında gereksinimlerini bize bildirmelerini rica ediyoruz. Ana girişte bir engelli tuvaleti bulunmaktadır.

Amfitiyatro Askeri Şehir 
Tekerlekli sandalye ile otoparktan bilet gişesine ve sergi salonuna ulaşabilirsiniz. Arenaya erişim için bir refakatçinizin bulunması daha uygundur. Bilet gişesine ve sergi salonuna giden yol çakıl taşlıdır, arenaya ise çayır üzerinden erişilebilir. Ziyaretçi galerisinde tekerlekli sandalye için yer mevcuttur. Amfitiyatroda engelli tuvaleti bulunmamaktadır.

Carnuntinum Müzesi
Carnuntinum Müzesi'nin tamamı tekerlekli sandalye ile gezilebilir. Üst kata bir merdiven asansörü yardımıyla çıkılabilir. Gerekirse tekerlekli sandalye de mevcuttur.

Tüm ödeme noktaları mobil indüksiyon döngüleri ile donatılmıştır.  Roma Şehir Alanında  ses istasyonları indüksiyon döngüleri ile donatılmıştır ve mobil indüksiyon cihazları da önceden bildirimde bulunularak rehberli turlar için kullanılabilir.

Amfitiyatro Askeri Şehir alanında sergi alanı ayrıca bir indüksiyon döngüsü ile donatılmıştır.

Roma Şehir Alanı
Otoparktan arkeolojik alana bir yer yönlendirme sistemi ile ulaşılmaktadır. Dokunsal bir yönlendirme sistemi bulunmaktadır. Bilgi panolarındaki tüm bilgiler Braille alfabesiyle de verilmektedir. Ayrıca bilet gişesinden Braille alfabesi ve büyük harflerle yazılmış kısa bir rehber de temin edilebilir.

Archäologischer Kulturpark Niederösterreich Betriebsgesellschaft m.b.H. endeavors to ensure that its website at www.carnuntum.at and its online store at https://shop.carnuntum.at/ webshop/ in accordance with the Web Accessibility Act (WZG) and the Lower Austrian Web Accessibility Ordinance implementing EU Directive 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 26, 2016, on the accessibility of the websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies.

Status of compliance with requirements

Due to the following incompatibilities and exceptions, the website is partially compliant with conformity level AA of the “Web Content Accessibility Guidelines – WCAG 2.1” and the applicable harmonized European standard EN 301 549 V3.2.1 (2021-03). The incompatibilities and exceptions are listed below.

Incompatibility with accessibility regulations

• For some images and graphics, the alternative text is not meaningful or is missing entirely (WCAG 1.1.1 Non-text Content).
• Some content in sliders is cut off at the sides when scaled up to 200% in the browser. In some cases, text content is also superimposed (WCAG 1.4.10 Overflow).
• Moving images should be pausable, but there is no pause button or similar (WCAG 2.2.1 Adjustable timing and 2.2.2 Pause, stop, hide).
• In some cases, the keyboard focus on logos and buttons is not clearly recognizable. In a few cases, the focus is not visible or elements cannot be controlled with the keyboard, e.g., checkboxes in forms (WCAG 2.1.1 Keyboard and WCAG 2.4.7 Focus Visible).
• The website is compatible with current assistive technologies such as screen readers. When opening and closing the menu, no status message is announced by screen readers (WCAG 4.1.3 Status Messages).
• PDF documents: Individual downloadable PDF files do not fully comply with accessibility requirements.
   

We are working on solving these problems:

• Alternative texts are being continuously added and optimized.
• We are continuously working on focus issues to further minimize them.
• Moving images will be equipped with a pause button by the end of 2025.

The content does not fall within the scope of the applicable legal provisions.

Website review

The website's compliance with the Web Accessibility Act implementing the requirements of EU Directive 2016/2102 was assessed in August 2025 in the form of an external test according to WCAG 2.1 at conformity level AA in July 2025. The homepage, contact options, five other representative subpages of the NÖKU website, and the homepages of the respective NÖKU companies were reviewed. Individual page content is regularly checked by the web editorial team when new content is published.
