Carnuntum Shuttle

From 30 March, the Carnuntum shuttle bus will connect the Roman Quarter, the Museum Carnuntinum and Petronell railway station on weekends and public holidays. The Roman town of Carnuntum is thus creating a perfect addition for all guests travelling by train or bike. Of course, the Carnuntum Shuttle is available to all guests.

Transport only with valid ticket.

Please note that the shuttle buses only have limited capacity. We are very optimistic that the demand can be covered by the timetables, but the first-come/first-served principle applies. There is no entitlement to alternative transport.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: For journeys from Petronell station, it is necessary to purchase an online ticket in order to have a valid ticket before departure.
