The operating company of the Carnuntum Archaeological Park was founded 30 years ago. Ten years later, exactly 20 years ago, the reconstruction of the first house in Carnuntum (House of Lucius) was completed.

This is a more than welcome occasion for us to take you on a journey through time, this time into Carnuntum's recent past. We will show you how foundation walls were turned into fully functional Roman buildings. The tour will be accompanied by many historical photos and a guided tour that offers a glimpse behind the scenes of the Roman city.

The tour will be rounded off with a culinary journey through time to the Roman era, where participants can exchange their personal Carnuntum experiences over spiced wine and Roman snacks.
