Rimska gradska četvrt (ograničena dostupnost bez prepreka)

Invalidskim kolicima možete bez prepreka doći s parkinga do blagajne, a zatim asfaltiranim ili makadamskim (popločanim) stazama do centralnog informativnog ostrva. Odavde se pruža pogled na rimsku gradsku četvrt, a unutrašnjost obnovljenih kuća možete doživeti kroz snimljeni film. U obnovljenim rimskim kućama vernim originalu postoje više stepenice i neravnine. Ove kuće okružuje rimski put koji je samo delimično dostupan za invalidska i dečja kolica. Alternativa je kretanje livadom. Pomoću mobilnih rampi (dužine 200 cm, unutrašnja širina 75 cm, nosivost 250 kg, težina 6,8 kg) možete jednostavno doživeti rimske terme i vilu urbanu. Mobilne rampe i invalidska kolica na raspolaganju su vam za samostalno korišćenje na blagajni i u krugu nalazišta. Molimo vas da nas nekoliko dana pre posete telefonskim putem obavestite o potrebama i informišete se o uslovima na licu mesta. Ako imate električna invalidska kolica težine veće od 250 kg, molimo vas da nam se javite telefonom jer vam takođe možemo ponuditi alternativne rampe. Grupe koje su rezervisale obilaske s vodičem molimo da nas o svojim potrebama obaveste već prilikom rezervacije. Toalet za osobe s invaliditetom nalazi se kod glavnog ulaza.

Amfiteatar vojnog grada 
Invalidskim kolicima možete doći s parkinga do blagajne i izložbenog prostora. Za pristup areni potrebna je pomoć. Od blagajne do izložbenog prostora vodi popločana putanja, do arene se stiže preko livade. Na tribini za posetioce dostupna su mesta za invalidska kolica. U amfiteatru nema toaleta za osobe s invaliditetom.

Muzej Karnuntinum (Carnuntinum)
Muzej Karnuntinum možete u potpunosti doživeti u invalidskim kolicima. Na gornji sprat stiže se uz pomoć podizne platforme za invalide. Po potrebi su dostupna i invalidska kolica.

Sve blagajne opremljene su mobilnim induktivnim petljama. U rimskoj gradskoj četvrti na raspolaganju su audio-stanice s induktivnim petljama, kao i mobilni induktivni uređaji za obilaske s vodičem uz prethodnu najavu.

U amfiteatru vojnog grada izložbeni prostor takođe je opremljen induktivnom petljom.

Rimska gradska četvrt
Od parkinga do arheološkog nalazišta vode podne taktilne staze. Na njima je izveden taktilni orijentacioni sistem. Svi podaci na informativnim tablama takođe su ispisani Brajevim pismom. Na blagajni su pored toga na raspolaganju kratki vodič na Brajevom pismu pisan velikim slovima.

Archäologischer Kulturpark Niederösterreich Betriebsgesellschaft m.b.H. endeavors to ensure that its website at www.carnuntum.at and its online store at https://shop.carnuntum.at/ webshop/ in accordance with the Web Accessibility Act (WZG) and the Lower Austrian Web Accessibility Ordinance implementing EU Directive 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 26, 2016, on the accessibility of the websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies.

Status of compliance with requirements

Due to the following incompatibilities and exceptions, the website is partially compliant with conformity level AA of the “Web Content Accessibility Guidelines – WCAG 2.1” and the applicable harmonized European standard EN 301 549 V3.2.1 (2021-03). The incompatibilities and exceptions are listed below.

Incompatibility with accessibility regulations

• For some images and graphics, the alternative text is not meaningful or is missing entirely (WCAG 1.1.1 Non-text Content).
• Some content in sliders is cut off at the sides when scaled up to 200% in the browser. In some cases, text content is also superimposed (WCAG 1.4.10 Overflow).
• Moving images should be pausable, but there is no pause button or similar (WCAG 2.2.1 Adjustable timing and 2.2.2 Pause, stop, hide).
• In some cases, the keyboard focus on logos and buttons is not clearly recognizable. In a few cases, the focus is not visible or elements cannot be controlled with the keyboard, e.g., checkboxes in forms (WCAG 2.1.1 Keyboard and WCAG 2.4.7 Focus Visible).
• The website is compatible with current assistive technologies such as screen readers. When opening and closing the menu, no status message is announced by screen readers (WCAG 4.1.3 Status Messages).
• PDF documents: Individual downloadable PDF files do not fully comply with accessibility requirements.
   

We are working on solving these problems:

• Alternative texts are being continuously added and optimized.
• We are continuously working on focus issues to further minimize them.
• Moving images will be equipped with a pause button by the end of 2025.

Website review

The website's compliance with the Web Accessibility Act implementing the requirements of EU Directive 2016/2102 was assessed in August 2025 in the form of an external test according to WCAG 2.1 at conformity level AA in July 2025. The homepage, contact options, five other representative subpages of the NÖKU website, and the homepages of the respective NÖKU companies were reviewed. Individual page content is regularly checked by the web editorial team when new content is published.
